Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of your receipt of the order. This gives you adequate time to test your equipment and ensure it meets your analog photography needs.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

- All protective films, tags, and documentation must be intact
- Cameras must show no signs of use, wear, or film testing
- Original purchase receipt or order confirmation must be included
- Item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Film (35mm, Color Film, Black and White, Instant Film) – Due to the sensitive nature of photographic film and potential exposure to light or environmental factors
- Batteries – For safety reasons and to prevent potential damage or hazards
- Opened or used camera accessories that show signs of wear or installation
